TAEBC’s Elena Hale and Spark Innovation Center’s Lilly Tench were proud to participate in the National Coalition of Clean Energy Incubators’ (NCCEI) 2025 Advanced Energy Innovation Advocacy Days in Washington, DC. Together, they made the case for the Federal government’s continued support for accelerating commercialization of emerging energy technologies to unleash American energy dominance.
Advanced energy investments are revitalizing American manufacturing, bringing good-paying jobs to our communities, driving domestic innovation, and supporting American energy security & independence. Continued investment in advanced energy is critical to ensuring the United States does not cede top talent and innovation to foreign competitors.
Special thanks to the Offices of Sen. Marsha Blackburn, Rep. Chuck Fleischmann, and Rep. Tim Burchett for meeting with us!
Highlights from the visit:
- 20 delegates representing 38 advanced energy incubators across the U.S.
- 3 days of meetings with 25 Members of Congress & energy policy staff.
- 2 meetings with DOE Office of Technology Transitions & DOE Office of Energy Efficiency and Renewable Energy leadership.
